Prerequisites

  • Logged into the email account that has access to the shared calendar

Steps

  1. In Outlook desktop, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings to open the Account Settings dialog..

  2. Double click on the account and click More Settings.

  3. On the Advanced tab, de-select the checkbox next to: Turn on shared calendar improvements.

  4. Close and restart Outlook.
