• Mouse cursor changes to a hand icon when hovering over report text.

• Unable to highlight or copy any portion of the report text.

Cause

The copy function was intentionally removed by the MobileUX vendor to comply with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) requirements.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this issue.
