All Gwinnett County employees with a desk phone using the Unity Voicemail System.
Before You Begin

Enroll before first use by recording your name, setting your greeting, and choosing a personal PIN.

Default PIN: 112233 (you will be prompted to change this during enrollment).

Listen carefully to the voice prompts during setup.
How to Access Your Voicemail
From Your Desk Phone

Press the MESSAGE button.

Enter your PIN, then press #.
From Another County Desk Phone

Press the MESSAGE button.

When Unity answers, press *.

Enter your extension number, then press #.

Enter your PIN, then press #.
From a Non-County Phone
-
Dial 770.513.5699.

When Unity answers, press *.
