Symptoms

When attempting to print an email, the print preview does not load.

The following error message appears:
“Some parts of the view will not fit on the printed page. To make the parts fit, try adjusting the size of the header or footer in the Page Setup dialog box.”

How to Fix It

Go to File > Print.

Select Print Options.

Select Page Setup.

Select the Paper tab.

Under Paper Type, choose Letter. Under Page Size, choose Letter. Select OK.

Verify that the print preview now loads correctly and proceed to print.
