How do I submit an office or facility-related request?
Office and facility-related requests are handled by Facilities Management through the Department of Support Services, not Information Technology Services. These may include requests related to office furniture, desk stands, electrical power issues, facility doors, or other building-related needs.
These requests cannot be submitted through the IT Client Portal. To request assistance, contact Facilities Management directly by email at FacilitiesManagementHelpDesk@gwinnettcounty.com or by phone at 770.822.7100.
