Details
This service allows employees to request the removal and disposal of unused, outdated, or non-functional hardware items. ITS will collect the equipment, decommission it, and ensure proper disposal in accordance with environmental and security standards.
Additional Notes
Before submitting this request, users must download and complete the ITSD-IT Hardware Asset Disposition Request Form. Requests submitted without the required form will not be processed. Employees should obtain management approval if there are any questions about disposing of hardware.
