Any Gwinnett County employee with existing phone service or a designated representative
Required Approvals
For feature updates, the following approvals may be required:
- Police Services has requested special approval for devices issued to their department.
- Department Director approval required.
- CIO approval required.
Requests for device upgrades will be evaluated by Information Technology Services on a case by case basis.
