Description and Details
ITS will turn off cellular service on the phone number provided by the requester.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Any employee who manages staff with Gwinnett County-issued wireless devices, or their designated delegate, may submit this request.
Required Approvals
None, but requesters must provide proper justification for their request.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Within two business days after the request is received.
