ITS will provide a new LTE wireless device (such as a smartphone) with an active Gwinnett County wireless service plan. ITS will coordinate the purchase, activate a phone number, configure the device with required settings and applications, and deliver the device to the employee. This service supports employees who require mobile connectivity for County-related business operations, including fieldwork, emergency response, and remote access.
