This service provides Gwinnett County employees the ability to request the purchase and installation of a new printer for ongoing use. Printers are assigned according to departmental requirements, printing volume, and location logistics. IT Services will select from approved models to ensure compatibility with County systems and support standards.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee with departmental approval and a valid business justification.

Required Approvals

All requests must be approved by the requester’s manager. IT Services will also review the request for technical and logistical feasibility, including network connectivity, support capacity, and cost considerations.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Typical fulfillment is 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on equipment availability, procurement timelines, and required configuration.
