This service facilitates the transfer of existing software licenses from one user to another. It includes validation of current entitlements, reassignment of license keys, and updating of inventory records to ensure continuous compliance and support.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Eligible submitters include managers, or designated IT administrators who have authority to reassign software licenses.
Required Approvals
Approval from the current license owner’s manager and the IT Asset Management team is required before any transfer can be processed.
Fulfillment Time Frame
License transfers are typically completed within 1–2 business days after all approvals are obtained.
