Description and Details

This service enables employees to access their Gwinnett County email account on a personally owned mobile device (iOS or Android). The IT Support team will provide configuration instructions or remote assistance to ensure secure setup in compliance with County policies.

Use of personal devices to access County resources is subject to mobile device security policies, which may include device encryption, screen lock, and remote wipe capability.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee with an active email account. 

Required Approvals

ITS will verify the requestor's employment status and ensure the device complies with security requirements.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Within two business days after all approvals.
