Description and Details

This service allows Gwinnett County employees to report problems affecting County websites or web-based public information pages. Reported issues will be reviewed by Information Technology Services and routed to the appropriate support team for investigation.

Examples of website issues include:

  • A page displays an error message

  • Website content appears missing, incorrect, or outdated

  • A user is unable to access a County website or web page

Website outages should be reported as soon as possible, especially if the issue affects public access to important County services or information.

Any Gwinnett County employee may submit this request.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to report a website issue.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most website issues are reviewed and targeted for resolution within 8 business hours.

Website outages are targeted for response or resolution within 2 business hours, depending on the nature and severity of the outage.
