Network Connection Issue (My Device)

Report network connection issues affecting a single device, such as a computer, tablet, phone, or printer.

Description and Details

Choose this option if your individual device cannot connect to the network or internet. This includes both wired (ethernet) and wireless (Wi-Fi) connections.

  • Your device will not connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet.

  • Your computer or phone shows “No internet” or frequently drops connection.

  • Only your device is impacted, while others nearby are still online.

If multiple people in your area are unable to connect, please select Network Outage (Multiple People) instead.

Try These First

Before contacting the Service Desk, you can try the following:

  • Restart your device.

  • If using Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to the correct County network.

  • If using a network cable, ensure it is firmly plugged in on both ends.

  • Try another website or application to confirm the issue is not with a single site.

  • Check with a coworker nearby to see if they are also having issues.
