Description and Details

Use this request when your desk phone is experiencing issues such as no dial tone, calls not ringing, poor audio quality, dropped calls, or buttons and features not functioning properly.

This request is intended for troubleshooting and repair of existing desk phones. It does not cover requests for new desk phones, additional lines, voicemail password resets, or configuration changes, which are available as separate options under the Desk Phones service.

Any Gwinnett County employee.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Up to 3 Business Days for an issue involving a single phone or phone line.
