Description and Details
Use this request if you are unable to access your desk phone voicemail because the account is locked or the voicemail PIN has been forgotten. When this request is submitted, the IT Service Desk will unlock the voicemail account and issue a new temporary PIN.
After the voicemail is unlocked, you may be prompted to change the temporary PIN the next time you access your voicemail.
This request is intended for voicemail access issues only. Routine voicemail setup or configuration changes are handled through other options under the Desk Phones service.
