Use this request to obtain access to Accela for County business purposes. Access is limited and provided only to employees whose role requires use of the system.
This request delivers new user access to Accela and assigns an appropriate license based on the requester’s job responsibilities and departmental needs.

Accela access requires a paid license, which may be charged back to the requesting department.

Any Gwinnett County employee who requires Accela access to perform their job duties.
