Description and Details
This request is for technical issues related to CentralSquare’s mobile CAD application, also known as MobileX, MobileUX, VisiNet Mobile, or “the dispatch app.” Common support requests include:

Map or GPS not working properly

Device connectivity or sync issues
Submitting this request will notify the IT team for troubleshooting. Please include details such as the unit number, time of issue, and the device or vehicle in use.

Any Gwinnett County employee using the dispatch app.
Required Approvals
No approval is required to request support.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Most issues are addressed within 1–2 business days, with priority given to urgent operational disruptions.
