Description and Details

Lucity is used by the Department of Support Services, DWR, and other departments to manage asset-based work orders and inspections. This request should be used for:

  • Trouble logging in to Lucity or launching the app

  • Work orders not saving, updating, or routing correctly

  • Issues with asset lookup or map-based functions

  • Mobile app not syncing with field data

When submitting your request, include your department, device type (desktop or tablet), and any error messages you’ve encountered. Screenshots are helpful for troubleshooting.

County employees who use Lucity to submit, track, or complete maintenance and infrastructure work.
