Use this page to reset your password for any County SAP system, including ECC (RP1), BW (BP1), CRM (CP1), or SRM (SP1). This is not for resetting your My GCHub (ESS) password. To unlock or reset an ESS account, use the My GCHub (ESS) Password Reset form instead.
Description and Details
This self-service tool allows you to reset your SAP password or unlock your account without contacting support. You must be connected to the County network—either on-site or connected through VPN—for the tool to work.
The following information is required:

Your SAP User ID

Last 4 digits of your SSN

Select the correct Environment (usually Production)

Select your SAP System (e.g., RP1 for ECC, BP1 for BW)

Who Can Use This Page?
County employees with SAP accounts in any supported system (ECC, BW, CRM, SRM).
Required Approvals
No approval is required to reset your SAP password.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Your password will be reset immediately after completing the form.
