Microsoft Authenticator is used to approve County logins with two-factor authentication (2FA). Use this request to report any of the following:

  • App not prompting when logging in

  • New phone setup or lost device

  • Error messages when entering verification code

  • Issues restoring the app after reinstall

  • Resetting your 2FA settings

Please describe the issue clearly and include your device type (iPhone, Android), whether you are logging in from a County computer or personal device, and the application or service you're trying to access.

Any County employee enrolled in two-factor authentication.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most authenticator issues are resolved within 1 business day. Requests involving account recovery or security resets may take longer.
