Description and Details
Microsoft Authenticator is used to approve County logins with two-factor authentication (2FA). Use this request to report any of the following:

App not prompting when logging in

New phone setup or lost device

Error messages when entering verification code

Issues restoring the app after reinstall

Resetting your 2FA settings
Please describe the issue clearly and include your device type (iPhone, Android), whether you are logging in from a County computer or personal device, and the application or service you're trying to access.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Any County employee enrolled in two-factor authentication.
Required Approvals
No approval is required to request support.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Most authenticator issues are resolved within 1 business day. Requests involving account recovery or security resets may take longer.
