Description and Details

SharePoint is used for department and team collaboration across the County. Use this request to report issues such as:

  • Cannot access a SharePoint site or folder

  • Missing documents or folders

  • Error when uploading, editing, or saving files

  • Problems with calendars, lists, or announcements

  • Permissions or visibility issues

Include the site URL (if known), a description of the issue, and any error messages you see. Screenshots are helpful when available.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any County employee with access to SharePoint through Microsoft 365.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. Access problems or file recovery requests may be prioritized.
