Description and Details
Proofpoint rewrites email links to protect users from malicious websites. This sometimes causes links with tokens or special formatting to break. It may also block links or attachments that are incorrectly flagged.
Use this request for:

Links that do not open correctly after Proofpoint modification

Clicking a link results in a blocked page or security warning

URLs with tokens or parameters failing to pass through

Issues viewing or downloading attachments
Please include the original link (if known), the rewritten link, and a short explanation of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when possible.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Any County employee using the email system.
Required Approvals
No approval is required to request support.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Most Proofpoint-related issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. Exceptions or whitelisting requests may take longer.
