Request help with NetMotion VPN on your County-issued device. This includes issues connecting to the network or accessing internal systems while in the field.

Description and Details

NetMotion is designed to connect automatically when your MDT is powered on and in range of a signal. If you’re unable to access County resources, the VPN may not have connected properly.

Common issues include:

  • MDT not connecting to internal systems or applications

  • Loss of connection while in the field

  • Suspected VPN timeout or reconnection delay

Please provide the MDT number, the location you were in, and what you were trying to access when the issue occurred.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Public safety personnel using County-issued MDTs.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most connection issues are resolved within 1 business day. Critical field access issues may be prioritized.
