Power BI is used to view and build interactive dashboards and reports based on County data. Use this request if:

You cannot access a shared dashboard or workspace

A report is not loading or shows outdated data

You receive an error when opening or refreshing a report

You're unable to publish or save a report to the correct workspace
Please include the report or dashboard name, the workspace (if known), and any error messages. Screenshots are helpful when available.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Any County employee using Microsoft Power BI.
Required Approvals
No approval is required to request support.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Most Power BI issues are resolved within 1–3 business days depending on data source or workspace permissions.
