Description and Details

LOLA is an internal, web-based application hosted on-premises and available only from the County network. It is accessed at lola.gwinnettcourts.com.

Use this request if you encounter:

  • Login issues or account not recognized

  • Schedule or calendar not loading correctly

  • Access problems during remote hearing setup

  • Missing case records or errors while editing entries

Please include your name, device ID (if known), court case number (if applicable), and any error messages. Indicate if the issue affects an active or upcoming hearing.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Clerk of Courts staff who use LOLA to manage BOE casework and scheduling.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most LOLA-related issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. Scheduling-related problems may be prioritized.
