Request Oracle service such as new or modified reports, integration support, or functional assistance.

Description and Details

Use this request to ask for Oracle services that are not break/fix incidents. Common requests include:

  • New Oracle report development or changes to an existing report

  • Data updates aligned with policy (e.g., configuration changes, reference data)

  • Integration support (new interface, mapping changes, or scheduling)

  • How-to assistance, training guidance, or feature enablement

Please include your department, the Oracle module/area, the business need, and any attachments (examples, specifications, or screenshots) that will help us fulfill your request.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee who uses Oracle or needs an Oracle-related service.

Required Approvals

Some requests (e.g., integrations, or report changes) may require approval from your supervisor, data owner, or Security. The form will prompt for approvals when applicable.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Typical fulfillment is 3–5 business days for standard requests. Complex items (new reports or integrations) may take longer and will be scheduled with you.
