Description and Details

VDI allows you to access a full desktop hosted in the County’s data center. Use this request if:

  • You are unable to log in or receive authentication errors

  • Applications inside the virtual desktop are missing or not launching

  • The VDI session is slow, frozen, or displaying incorrectly

  • You cannot access shared drives or County systems from within VDI

Include your workstation name, the time of the issue, the name of the application you were using (e.g., Tyler), and whether this happens every session or only occasionally.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Employees with existing VDI access, particularly in Financial Services or IT.

Required Approvals

No approval is required for technical support. New access must be approved through the appropriate request channels.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most VDI-related issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. Critical access issues may be escalated.
