JCATS is a web-based application hosted internally and accessed at jcatsefile.gwinnettcourts.com. Use this request if you are experiencing:

Include your department, username (if known), the case number or record you were accessing, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Authorized users from Juvenile Court, Child Advocacy, the District Attorney’s Office, and supporting court departments.
Required Approvals
No approval is required to request support. For new access, contact your department lead.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Most JCATS issues are resolved within 1–2 business days, depending on severity and vendor involvement.
