Use this request to propose a new IT service that should be added to the County’s Service Catalog. This could include a new software support service, access request, hardware-related offering, or any other repeatable IT function that is not currently listed in the catalog.

After submission, the IT Service Management team will review the request and follow up for additional details as needed, including any specific requirements, intended users, and estimated fulfillment steps. A blank service entry will be created based on your input and routed to the appropriate IT teams for review and development.

Required Approvals

No approvals are required to submit a suggestion, but the IT Service Management team may consult the relevant team leads, managers, or governance bodies before implementation.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Initial review and follow-up typically occurs within 3-5 business days. Completion timelines vary depending on the complexity of the service being created.
