Suggest a New Knowledge Article

Use this service to suggest a new Knowledge Base article. You can submit your own draft or topic idea, or request that the ITS team create an article on your behalf—even if you’re not sure how it should be written. All submissions will be reviewed before publishing.

Description and Details

This service allows Gwinnett County employees to propose new Knowledge Base (KB) articles for review by the ITS documentation team. Suggested articles can include how-to guides, troubleshooting steps, known issues, or general IT reference materials.

You may choose to provide draft content, background notes, or file attachments to help us develop the article. If you prefer, you can simply describe the topic and request that the ITS team create the article on your behalf.

All suggestions will be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with IT documentation standards. ITS may reach out for additional information if needed.
