Description and Details

This service request is used to report issues or request help with Microsoft Power Apps (canvas or model-driven). Common support requests include:

  • Trouble opening an app or accessing the correct environment

  • Permissions/role issues in SharePoint, or other data sources

  • Connector or authentication errors (SharePoint, SQL, Outlook, etc.)

  • App errors, missing/incorrect data, or broken screens/controls

  • Integration issues with Power Automate flows

  • Performance concerns (slow load, delegation warnings)

  • Publish/share issues or users not seeing the app

Submitting this request will notify the IT team and route your issue to the appropriate support staff. You may be contacted for additional information or troubleshooting.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee who uses or supports a Power Apps application.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Most support requests are addressed within 1–2 business days, with critical production outages prioritized.
