This service request is used to report issues or request help with Microsoft Power Automate workflows. Common support requests include:

Flows not triggering (scheduled/automated) or triggering unexpectedly

Connector or authentication errors (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SQL, Dataverse)

Approval actions failing or approvers not receiving requests

Run failures, throttling/performance issues, or JSON/HTTP errors

Any Gwinnett County employee who uses or supports Power Automate flows.
