Report Oracle Fusion Issue

This service request is used to report issues or request help with the County’s Oracle platform. Common support requests include:

  • Oracle Report errors, missing data, or report modifications

  • HR Capital Management issues (positions, org data, approvals)

  • Timesheet/Payroll issues (time entry/approval, payroll calculations)

  • Integration failures or data sync errors with other systems

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee with access to Oracle.

Required Approvals

No approval is required to request support.

Fulfillment Time Frame
