Report problems with Oracle not working correctly.

Description and Details

Use this option to report issues where Oracle is not functioning as expected. This includes system errors, missing or incorrect data, failed processing, or behavior that prevents you from completing your work.

Examples of issues appropriate for this option include:

  • Errors or missing data in Oracle reports

  • HR Capital Management issues (positions, organizational data, approvals)

  • Timesheet or payroll issues (time entry, approvals, payroll calculations)

  • Integration failures or data synchronization issues with other systems

This option is intended for system or data issues only.
