HRIS Department Representatives
These representatives verify employee identity when self-service options are unavailable. They play a critical role in recovering account access for users who cannot verify their identity through standard methods. This list is maintained by the Department of Human Resources. Requests to access or update the list of authorized representatives must be sent to GC-HRIS@gwinnettcounty.com.
IT Liaisons
IT Liaisons are department-assigned contacts who help bridge communication between the department and the Department of Information Technology Services. They coordinate with IT on behalf of their team, assist in gathering technical details, and streamline IT requests.
