Outlook Error When Printing to Adobe PDF Driver

An error similar to the following appears, and no PDF is produced:

How to Fix It

  1. Right-click the Start menu and select Settings.

  2. Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.

  3. Select Adobe PDF, then click Printer Properties.

  4. On the Adobe PDF Settings tab, uncheck “Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts.”

  5. Click Apply, then restart Outlook and try printing again.
