How to Install (Create a Shortcut For) Workforce Telestaff

This article explains how to manually create a desktop shortcut that opens the Workforce Telestaff application used by the Gwinnett Fire Department.

Before You Begin

Workforce Telestaff is a web-based application. An active internet connection is required to access it.

Instructions

  1. Right-click the desktop and select New > Shortcut.

  2. Enter https://gwinnettcountyfire-wfts.kronos.net/login into the location field and select Next.

  3. Enter a name for the shortcut (for example, Workforce Telestaff).

  4. Select Finish to add the shortcut to the desktop.

Additional Notes

You can also add the Workforce Telestaff URL to your web browser’s favorites list.

This application requires specific login credentials. If the user does not have access, please submit a service request to Public Safety Solutions through the Service Portal.
