This service request facilitates the onboarding of new employees, contractors, or other personnel by provisioning necessary IT resources. The onboarding process ensures that new users have appropriate access to systems, applications, and hardware required for their role. Requests for IT onboarding should not be submitted more than 30 days before the employee's start date.

Required Approvals
- Most options are approved by the hiring manager.
- VPN requests must be approved by the ITS Information Security Compliance team.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Please allow at least two weeks for all onboarding tasks to be completed. Any late requests will be fulfilled through the best effort of available staff.
