Onboard a New Employee

Onboard a new employee, contractor, or temporary worker. Onboarding includes account creation, hardware delivery, and software and application configuration.

Request an Elevated Account (Administrator Access) to a PC or Server

​​​​​​​Request a Windows elevated account that grants administrative privileges to a County-managed Windows PC or server.

Request New VPN Access

Submit a request to set up VPN access through the County’s GlobalProtect platform. VPN access is required to securely connect to internal County systems from remote locations.

Reset a Password or Unlock an Account

Employees and vendors can unlock their accounts by visiting our self-service Password Reset portal. If you're having trouble using the portal, please call the IT Service Desk for immediate assistance.

Shared Folder / Network Drive Management

Create, remove, or modify access to a shared network folder.

Update Account Information (Name, Location, Phone, etc.)

Request updates to your County IT account profile, including your name, nickname, office location, desk phone, and County-issued mobile number as shown in Outlook, Teams, and other County systems.
