Update Account Information (Name, Location, Phone, etc.)

Request updates to your County IT account profile, including your name, nickname, office location, desk phone, and County-issued mobile number as shown in Outlook, Teams, and other County systems.

Description and Details

This request allows you to update how your name and contact information appear in County systems such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the County address book.

You can request updates to the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Middle Name

  • Nickname / Preferred Name

  • Office Location

  • Desk Phone Number

  • Mobile Phone Number (County-issued devices only) – do not include personal phone numbers

To view your current information, go to the Client Portal (you're already here!), click your name in the top-right corner, and choose My Profile. This will show your current details as they appear in County systems.

Note: This request updates your IT directory profile only. It does not change your information in HR, payroll, or other administrative systems.

Who Can Submit This Request?

Any Gwinnett County employee.

Required Approvals

None.

Fulfillment Time Frame

Updates are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
