What Is Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is the County’s official email and calendar application. It is used to send and receive email, manage calendars and meeting invites, organize contacts, and keep track of tasks.

Outlook is available on County-issued computers and mobile devices, and can also be accessed via the web browser through Microsoft 365.

Who Uses This Software?

All County employees with an official email address use Outlook to communicate, schedule meetings, and manage work calendars.
