Allow vendors and other external users access to Gwinnett County network resources when connecting from an outside location.
Description and Details
ITS will configure VPN on an existing Gwinnett County account. This allows the account owner to use a VPN client to connect to County network resources from a remote location. After access is granted, ITS will also provide instructions regarding how to use the VPN client to connect to our network.
Who Can Submit This Request?
Any Gwinnett County employee who serves as the primary contact for a vendor or other external user that requires VPN access for an account provided by ITS.
