Submit a request to change the radio alias (display name) for a user’s radio device (portable, mobile, or console). Use this form when the on-screen/dispatch name needs to be updated.
Description and Details
This service updates the alias associated with a radio in programming and related systems (e.g., codeplug, consoles, and—if applicable—CAD/records). Please provide the end user’s name/department, the current (old) alias, the new alias, and identifiers for the radio.
