Adobe Acrobat: Save As Window Appears Blank

Symptoms

  • The Save As window opens but is blank.

  • The file cannot be saved.

How to Fix It

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat.

  2. In the top-left corner, click the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Preferences.

  4. Select General.

  5. Uncheck “Show online storage when saving files.”

  6. Click OK and try saving again.
