What Is the Dispatch Application?
This application provides mobile access to CentralSquare’s Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. It allows field staff to view calls, receive dispatches, access location and unit details, and communicate with dispatchers in real time.
Also known as: MobileX, MobileUX, VisiNet Mobile, CAD app, or Dispatch App
These names all refer to the mobile software used by public safety departments to connect with CentralSquare's dispatch system from in-vehicle laptops or handheld devices. Regardless of what it’s called in your department, support is provided through this single application page.

How Do I Get This Software?
This software should already be installed on all tablets and similar devices for all dispatch users. Please speak with your supervisor and submit a request through the IT Service Desk if installation or configuration is needed.
