What Is Lucity?
Lucity is the County’s asset-based work order and maintenance tracking system. It is used by the Department of Support Services, the Department of Water Resources (DWR), and other operational teams to manage repair requests, inspections, and maintenance on County facilities, infrastructure, and utilities.
Lucity functions like a ticketing system for physical assets—users submit a request (often referred to as a "Lucity ticket"), which is routed to the appropriate crew for resolution. It also tracks work history, asset conditions, and locations using GIS maps.
