What Is LOLA?

LOLA is the case management system used by the Clerk of Courts to manage Superior Court Board of Equalization (BOE) cases. It supports scheduling, access control, and case coordination for BOE hearings.

LOLA is an on-premises application, accessible only when connected to the County network. It is accessed through a secure internal web interface at lola.gwinnettcourts.com.

LOLA is used exclusively by Clerk of Courts staff responsible for BOE case administration, scheduling, and communication with participants.
