What Is JCATS?
JCATS is a web-based case management system developed by Canyon Solutions. It is used by Gwinnett County’s Juvenile Court, Child Advocacy, and the District Attorney’s Office to manage juvenile case records, court scheduling, documentation, and electronic filings.
JCATS is accessed at jcatsefile.gwinnettcourts.com. Access is restricted to authorized users within the County network or via secure remote access.

JCATS is used by Juvenile Court staff, Child Advocacy teams, the District Attorney’s Office, and other court personnel who manage or review juvenile casework.
