What Is TeamDynamix?

TeamDynamix is the County’s official IT Service Management system. It is used to submit and track IT tickets, request services, manage IT assets, and access support articles through the IT Client Portal.

The system supports both County employees and ITS staff. In addition to handling incident and request workflows, TeamDynamix also provides tools for asset tracking, change control, and Knowledge Base publishing.

Who Uses This Software?

All Gwinnett County employees can use TeamDynamix to submit tickets, make requests, and search for answers. ITS staff use the technician view for backend work such as ticket resolution, approvals, asset management, and knowledge authoring.

How Do I Get This Software?

TeamDynamix is a web-based system. It does not require installation. Access the Client Portal at https://support.gwinnettcounty.com using your County network login.
