Use this service to suggest a new feature, request a new service offering for the Client Portal, or propose a new Knowledge Base article.
Description and Details
This service allows Gwinnett County employees to submit ideas and proposals in three areas:

New Enhancement or Feature: Suggest improvements to the functionality, usability, or performance of existing applications or services. Examples include adding new capabilities, improving workflows, or enhancing the user experience.

New Service for the Client Portal: Request the creation of a new service offering to be added to the IT Client Portal. This includes structured request forms for common tasks such as account access, software installs, or equipment needs.

New Knowledge Article: Propose a new Knowledge Base article. You can submit your own draft or ask the ITS team to document a topic—even if you don’t have all the answers.
All submissions will be reviewed for feasibility, alignment with IT standards and strategic goals, and available resources. Please note that submission does not guarantee implementation. Approved items will be prioritized accordingly.

Fulfillment Time Frame
Requests will be reviewed on a regular basis. If approved, implementation timelines will vary depending on complexity and prioritization.
